By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on LAYOUT CLUB's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

The materials on LAYOUT CLUB's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. LAYOUT CLUB makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
4. LIMITATIONS
In no event shall LAYOUT CLUB or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on LAYOUT CLUB's website.

The materials appearing on LAYOUT CLUB's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. LAYOUT CLUB does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current.
01 GENERAL
This website is operated by LAYOUT CLUB. By using the site or placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent. These terms apply to all visitors and should be read with our Privacy Policy, Returns policy and Legal Notice.
02 PRODUCTS & PRICING
We display products, descriptions and prices as accurately as possible. Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated. Colours may vary by screen. Drops are limited runs, so availability changes; we may update prices, descriptions and stock before an order is confirmed, and will contact you if an obvious error affects your order.
03 ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
Your confirmation email acknowledges your order but doesn't itself form a contract — the contract forms once we accept and dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailability, and will refund in full if we cancel a paid order.
04 PAYMENT
05 SHIPPING
Orders ship within 5 to 10 business days, in Portugal and internationally. Shipping is free on all orders over €95; below that, the cost is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers or customs. Import duties on international orders are the customer's responsibility.
06 RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Returns and replacements are accepted exclusively for manufacturing defects, reported on arrival to support@layoutclub.pt with your order number and photos. Where confirmed, LAYOUT CLUB covers return shipping and you get a replacement. We don't accept change-of-mind or wrong-size returns, so check each product's size chart first. Your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
07 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — the LAYOUT CLUB name, logo, designs, imagery, graphics and text — is the property of LAYOUT CLUB and protected by law. You may not use, copy, reproduce or distribute it without our prior written permission.
08 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAYOUT CLUB is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our products. Nothing here excludes liability where it would be unlawful, or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
09 GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute is subject to the competent Portuguese courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights granted by the law of your country of residence within the EU.
